High Performance Control Valve The control valve is a high performance general purpose valve used in conjunction with a high thrust pneumatic diaphragm actuator. Its modular design allows the same valve body to be used with different types of bonnets, trims and actuators reducing spare parts usage and providing interchangeable valves for a wide range of industrial applications.
The valve can operate in a temperature range of - to + (- to +) depending on the material selected.
The precision machined insert profile and long stroke length allow the valve to exhibit excellent control performance. It can be easily upgraded from standard trim to low noise or cavitation control trim. Each size model provides a /- value so each size model is suitable for a wide range of process conditions.
The control valve provides a solid plug guide to minimize vibration and wear. The expansion ring design ensures a tight seal between the valve body and the valve seat, which facilitates maintenance.
